Breakfast: 3 kind of breads (white, whole grain, brown), 2 kind of rolls, 4 jams, honey, chocolate praline, 5 different cookies, corn flakes, choco-flakes, muesli , 2 kind of cake, butter & margarine ,yoghurt, fruit-comport, a variety of 4 cheeses (edam, gouda, feta, cream) and 4 delicatessen, olives(2) , a selection of fresh vegetables such as cucumber, tomatoes, paprika etc. season fruits, sardines and pickles.
Boiled and fried eggs, 2 of 10 omelets (ham-mushroom, cheese, zucchini, potato, chicken), breakfast-desert (such as apple pie), sausages (cocktail or Frankfurt or village or leek-stuffed) and mushrooms.
3 flavors of fruit juice, coffee, hot chocolate, hot milk, 5 tastes of tee, chamomile and mint.
Finally for 3 days per week a fountain of chocolate will take place on the buffet.
Lunch: 6 fusion and fresh-chopped salads, 1 starter, 3 main courses standard 1 course of fish), 1 pie, 2 supplements, 1 pasta, season fruits and ice cream. Packed lunch basket is provided for guests who miss the lunch because of excursions.
Dinner: Aperitif, fresh home made soup (such as kapustova, fennel soup, fish soup etc), 6 salads, 2 starters, 3 main courses, 3 supplements and dessert buffet.
The meals are escorted by show kitchen actions also theme nights such as Mexican night , Italian night etc. are taking place during the dinner , twice every week.

Breakfast (07:00-09:30), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:00-21:00) all buffet style. Drinks, tea or coffee, all soft drinks, locally produced alcoholic drinks (vodka, rum, gin, etc.), local wine and draught beer, served between 10:00-19:00 hours and 21:00-24:00 hours. Snacks such as biscuits, cheese pies, ham pies, sausage pies and pizza are also served between these hours. Soft drinks, wine and beer are also available in the restaurant during lunch and dinner times. Entertainment such as Greek night, which include buffet with BBQ and live music, take place once every two weeks.
